YOUR FEDERAL AGENCY CONNECTION FOR PAVING
ACPA is called upon for advice in pavement matters by the Federal Highway Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Tri-Services (USACE, USAF, and NAVFAC), and the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials. Through ACPA you can access these agencies and deliver recommendations on cement, materials, concrete pavement and important policy issues that matter to your company.

YOUR SOURCE FOR CONCRETE PAVEMENT ENGINEERING EXPERTISE
Our national staff’s expertise and experience are recognized and valued around the world. Through ACPA membership you can connect with and work with our staff to help promote more concrete pavement and improve norms and specifications that influence the use of cement in paving.

YOUR PARTNER COMMITTED TO LOCAL PROMOTION
ACPA is the primary link for the federation of local chapter and state paving associations. Cement companies that believe in the importance of local concrete paving promotion recognize ACPA’s value-added administrative, technical and marketing support to the local organizations. We help make your local concrete paving associations better.

YOUR ALTERNATIVE FOR USEFUL PAVING MARKET DATA
ACPA aggregates trend information on concrete paving from ACPA chapter/state affiliates and Oman Systems data. Members have access to this information, analysis of state DOT letting results, as well as the ability to request custom reporting.

YOUR ACCESS TO A LARGER INDUSTRY FOOTPRINT
ACPA delivers the collective voice of the concrete pavement industry to legislators and policy-makers on matters affecting the concrete paving and preservation business. Through membership you can involve ACPA contractors in your pavement market strategies and leverage this credible and powerful voice.
