The Indiana Chapter of ACPA announces John Leckie, P.E., is the Chapter’s new Executive Director. John is a familiar face around the industry, and ACPA is excited to have him bring his experience, insight, and passion to the position. John previously served as the Indiana Chapter’s Director of Pavement and Materials and will serve as the organization’s second Executive Director since its founding in 1988.
