ACPA Works with Partners to Assist Submissions to FHWA’s Climate Challenge
ACPA National staff worked with Chapter/State Affiliates to encourage their State DOTs to apply to the Federal Highway Administration’s Climate Challenge. In concert with MIT’s Concrete Sustainability Hub (CSHub) and the National Ready Mix Concrete Association (NRMCA), ACPA promoted the use of CSHub’s research to quantify emissions associated with pavements as is being explored by FHWA. ACPA supports the efforts of the Climate Challenge and is ready to be a partner in quantifying the emissions associated with sustainable pavements.
