Nearly 70 people attended the Airport Workshop earlier this month for in-depth presentations from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Airforce Civil Engineering Center, the Federal Aviation Administration, Oklahoma State University, and contractors and consultants with extensive experience in airfield design and construction. Participants also toured the ongoing concrete pavement project at the Indianapolis International Airport and went on the grade to see the application of the many lessons learned throughout the workshop. Thank you to our Top Gun Sponsors, CarbonCure, Wirtgen, and Chem-Crete, for their generous support. Another thank you to the Indianapolis Airport Authority staff for providing conference space, hospitality, and support. These detailed conversations will continue at ACPA’s Annual Meeting in Nashville this November.
