Join ACPA Chapter affiliate Southwest Concrete Pavement Association (SWCPA) on October 13 for a workshop on paving with portland-limestone cement. The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) approved the use of portland-limestone cement (PLC) in January of this year. The first concrete paving project to use a PLC is the Highway 101 Santa Barbara to Mussel Shoals Project. The webinar will be at 9 am PDT / noon EDT and will detail the sustainable aspects of PLC, as well as how it’s performing in its first California concrete pavement project.
