ACPA Bringing Session on Documentation for Risk and Litigation to 59th Annual Meeting
ACPA is providing attendees of the 59th Annual Meeting with a view of legal risk and mitigation techniques for concrete pavement projects. The three-part session led by ACPA’s Tim Martin will encompass the collection, documentation and use of construction site information to mitigate legal risk. The session will feature Allen Wilson of Sanderford & Carroll, an experienced cradle-to-grave construction lawyer, as well as leaders from the construction insurance industry talking about terms and conditions and their implications for insurance premiums. Attendees will also learn about enterprise systems for data collection and how those procedures affect legal risk and resolution prospects through the lens of forensic engineering.
