ACPA Releases Highly Anticipated Market Data Report

ACPA is releasing a new market data report to ACPA member companies. The report details concrete pavement expenditures, by state, for fiscal years 2021 through 2025, as well as market forecasting for the immediate future. Historical data is pulled from State DOT letting results and principally covers design-bid-build projects, though some supplementary data for turnpikes, tollways, airports, and design build projects is provided by ACPA Chapter/State partners. The forecast in the report is based on an analysis of capital plans. Changes in STIP funding and spending are used to predict future concrete pavement expenditures.

The components of the report include a summary section providing a national overview, regional breakdown, and states to watch. Next, there’s individual state reports for the top 30 states with a narrative about the local market along with a data table and chart depicting concrete pavement spend over time. The report will also provide a table showing data for all 50 states and an appendix covering the report methodology.

The report will be emailed to official ACPA member company representatives and will be password protected. Please contact Andy Gieraltowski for more information.
