Wrap the day up with a Michigan inspired Welcome Reception. Wednesday, June 3 offers more workshops and committee meetings covering a wide range of topics. Committee meetings are your chance to collaborate and discuss key industry priorities. The day concludes with the always popular Chairman’s Reception. Thursday, June 4 wraps up the event with meetings of the Michigan Concrete Association and ACPA Boards of Directors.

National Concrete Pavement Week is Coming! Help us Spread the Word. 

We’re excited to celebrate the inaugural Concrete Pavement Week—a new, nationwide initiative dedicated to raising awareness of the vital role concrete pavements play in building stronger, safer, and more sustainable infrastructure.

Concrete Pavement Week, June 28-July 4, brings together industry leaders, agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to highlight innovation, share best practices, and recognize the value that concrete delivers to communities across the country.

Call for Entries: 2026 National Paving Awards Now Open

ACPA is accepting entries for the 2026 National Paving Awards, recognizing concrete pavement projects completed in 2025. The Annual Awards for Excellence in Concrete Pavement celebrate outstanding workmanship, promote best practices, and highlight successful concrete pavement projects across the United States. The program honors contractors, engineers, and project owners whose work exemplifies excellence in design and construction. Award recipients gain national recognition and enhanced credibility that can support future project opportunities.

Submissions will be accepted through ACPA’s newly launched online platform, designed to offer a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for submitting projects.

Members who submitted award-winning projects to their local chapter or state association, using ACPA’s website, have already had those entries automatically advanced to the national program. If you submitted locally, watch for an upcoming message with instructions on how to access and update your submission ahead of the national deadline.

Build Leadership Skills Through the Emerging Leaders Certificate Program 

The newly launched ACPA Emerging Leader Certificate Program formally recognizes participants for their growth and achievement across technical education, leadership development, philanthropic engagement, and association involvement.

To earn the ELG Certificate, participants must meet specific competency benchmarks. The current requirements include 30 hours of industry technical education, 24 hours of leadership development, 5 hours of philanthropic or community involvement, and 10 hours of association engagement. After completing the program, graduates serve as mentors for new emerging leaders.

 ACPA Foundation 2026 Pledge Drive: Ways to Give

Now is the perfect time to give backto the industry and make a lasting impact! An anonymous corporate donor will match every donation up to $20,000 from now through the ACPA Mid-Year Meeting in June. Your support drives initiatives that sustain our industry—every gift aids programs to mentor emerging leaders, advance impactful research, foster education, and build strong partnerships.

Giving is simple and flexible. Donors can go to ACPA Foundations’ website to make one-time gifts by credit card or set up sustained contributions (annually or quarterly) by filling out a simple, online pledge form.
