  • Jim Tymon, Executive Director of AASHTO, will speak on the flow of infrastructure funds from the IIJA and IRA.
  • Mike Ireland, President and CEO of the Portland Cement Association, will share updates on the cement market conditions alongside PCA priorities for 2024.
  • Former Chairman of the House of Representatives Transportation Committee Bill Shuster with Secretaries of Transportations from Illinois, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin will hold a panel with Q&A on key state transportation issues.
