Sponsorship Opportunities Available for 2023-2024 Programming Year

Sponsorship opportunities are still available for the 2023-2024 programming year. Sponsoring ACPA puts your business at the forefront of over 400 contractors and other members who are decision-makers and attend our events. ACPA will work with you to tailor company visibility and create impact with new customers, prospects, allies, and associations.
This year’s sponsorship opportunities include:
- Airport Workshop Sponsorship: This year, ACPA Chief Engineer Gary Mitchell will host the Best Practices in Airfield Paving Workshop October 24-26th in Denver, CO. Sponsorship of this workshop comes in three tiers outlined in the prospectus. Attendees of this workshop include airfield paving experts, contractors who pave airfields, and others in the industry. Sponsoring this workshop puts your business in the room with the top tier airfield experts.
- Year-Round Sponsorship: Year-round sponsorship includes marketing promotion sponsorship, sponsorship of the 2023 Annual Meeting, and sponsorship of the 2024 Mid-Year meeting. There are year-round opportunities available, as well as a-la-carte options, such as booths, for visibility at just one event. These sponsorships give businesses visibility in our highly read newsletter, well attended events, and beyond. Read the full prospectus here.
If you have any questions about sponsorship or ideas to tailor sponsorship to your company, please contact Anna McMullen at amcmullen@acpa.org.
