Innovative Technology Accelerates Construction in North Dakota
Northern Improvement Co. and Wirtgen worked together to accelerate a project in North Dakota that improved resiliency on Interstate 29. The project will raise an important stretch of road out of a flood plain within two construction seasons to increase resiliency. Northern Improvement used new state of the art machinery on this project to help accelerate it to completion. With new machinery, the paving team was able to put down 75,000 cubic feet of concrete a day this year and will finish this project on time in Fall 2023.
