The 2023 Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant award projects have been released for this year. The discretionary grant program awarded more than $2.2 billion to 162 different infrastructure projects across the country. This funding includes projects in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and two territories – split evenly to urban and rural areas.

These grants are part of the Biden Administrations Investing In American agenda to provide sustainability infrastructure nationwide stemming from the IIJA. Focus of this year’s projects are to help ease transportation burdens with quickness, affordability, and safety – reducing bottle necks, bridge replacements, and efficiency repair.
