ACPA Submits Comments on New Coal Ash Rule Proposition
Last week ACPA, alongside the American Coal Ash Association, submitted comments on a proposed rule change that has the ability to impact the availability and pricing of fly ash. ACPA submitted comments expressing concern about the change the rule would make to the industry regulation including increased price for both industry and taxpayers and shortages to an already limited industry.
