The House is expected to vote later today on the Moving Forward Act, H.R. 2, the $1.5 trillion bill, which includes the transportation reauthorization package previously titled The INVEST in America Act. The relatively smooth floor process saw 79 amendments adopted as of last night, with no significant changes to the $1.5 trillion measure.
