The webinar team has added a fourth webinar to the concrete pavement preservation series.
Here’s a preview of upcoming webinars:
June 9th–Concrete Pavement Preservation II: Concrete pavement evaluation and strategy selection with case studies. Presenters: Steve Tritsch (CP Tech Center) and John Donahue (MO DOT).
June 16th–Concrete Pavement Preservation III: Concrete pavement preservation treatment construction with in field examples, including case studies. Presenters: John Roberts (IGGA) and Randy Everett (AZ DOT).
(New) June 23rd–Concrete Pavement Preservation IV: Concrete Pavement Management and Preservation performance and resources. Presenter: Dr. Mike Darter, Applied Research Associates, Inc. (and Emeritus Professor, University of Illinois).
The first webinar in this series was held yesterday and drew about 655 participants. Larry Scofield and Angela Folkestad presented on concrete pavement management and preservation. The webinar covered concrete pavement management and preservation including actual examples and case studies.
The pavement preservation series follows the successful 5-part series on concrete overlays and two-part series on ADA guidelines in design & construction. In all, the eight webinars (11 sessions plus video replays) presented thus far have reached more than 5,500 agencies/owners, consultants, and industry officials.
After the June 23 session, we will shift to a summer schedule that will be once per month until November. More details will be provided soon.
The webinars are the result of the collaborative efforts of ACPA, the CP Tech Center, IGGA, and the ACPA chapter network.
