In Memoriam: Dan Lance
ACPA is saddened to hear of the passing of Dan Lance, a concrete champion at the Arizona Department of Transportation. Dan worked tirelessly making sure the Phoenix Freeway system was paved in concrete so that Arizonans can enjoy concrete roads for decades to come.
