ACPA Engaging in PCA Climate and Sustainability Initiative
As a PCA Partner organization, ACPA is participating in the PCA Climate and Sustainability Initiative. This past week Jerry Voigt, Leif Wathne, and Scott Mueller participated in this committee meeting. The meeting was led by Committee Chairperson Massimo Toso (Buzzi, also an ACPA Member).
There were several updates including the 2050 Roadmap to Carbon Neutrality including potential pathways and policy drivers. As part of this Nick Ferrari (Senior Vice President Communications & Corporate & Member) shared the tie ins with the four pillars of the PCA Shaped by Concrete program, these pillars are:
ACPA is appreciative of the opportunity to participate. As the lead conduit to the paving market, particularly at the State and Federal level, engagements like this provide great resources for all of ACPA membership. More details will be shared with members as the program moves forward.
