As part of the continued Cooperative Agreement between the National Concrete Pavement Technology Center at Iowa State and the Federal Aviation Administration, the CP Tech Center released a request for proposals for a best practices manual for quality systems for Concrete Paving for Airfields and Other Heavy Duty Pavement. Proposals are due on February 28^th and parameters have been set in conjunction with the Airport Concrete Pavement Technology Program.
