ACPA Board Member Jim Mack of CEMEX took part in the MIT CSHub’s new video series “What’s the Matter With…”  to discuss how whole life cycle thinking is critical for making pavement decisions. Mack emphasizes the use phase’s importance in decision-making alongside a discussion on smoothness and albedo.
