CP Tech Offers Flyers Detailing PEM Test Methods
Performance-engineered-mixtures (PEM) are gaining increasing traction around the country, and one of the keys to the successful implementation of PEM is a series of testing methods and devices used to assess workability, freeze-thaw durability, and transportability of the concrete mixtures.
A recently published CP Tech Center series of one-page PDFs that provide important information about the VKelly (vibrating Kelly ball), Box, Super Air Meter (SAM), and Resistivity/Formation Factor tests. The flyers supplement other, more detailed information on the CP Tech Center’s PEM resources page, which includes how-to videos, data calculation templates, and demonstration project reports.
