Jackie Spoor Named President of WCPA
The Wisconsin Concrete Pavement Association (WCPA) is proud to announce that Jackie J. Spoor has been named President of WCPA.
Kevin McMullen, outgoing WCPA President, said, “I am very happy to announce that Jackie Spoor has been named President of WCPA. Jackie has been working for WCPA for five years, the last two with the title of Vice President. She is committed and has worked hard in learning all parts of the association business […] I am asking all of the WCPA members, our ACPA counterparts and the entire industry in Wisconsin to offer their congratulations and support to Jackie Spoor as she takes on her new role.”
