ACPA is pleased to announce that Dominic Gatti has joined the association as our new Communications and Government Affairs Manager. Dominic will report to Leif Wathne and be working to increase the reach and impact of our traditional, digital, and social media as well as bolster our state and federal government and agency engagement.
In this role, Dominic will expand our online presence by creating new and repackaging existing content that allows us to reach new audiences and align future ACPA communications with our overarching strategy and style. Dominic will also focus on supporting our Government Affairs activities, assisting both Leif and Laura by providing the tools they need to effectively message ACPA’s position on the issues most important to the association and, more importantly, the concrete paving industry.
Before joining ACPA, Dominic worked in the House and Senate, as well as the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. He holds a Bachelor’s in Communications, Law, Economics, and Government (C.L.E.G.) and a Master’s of Public Administration, both from American University. Dominic brings a keen understanding of the political and regulatory environment which shapes our industry. He lives in Washington, D.C., is an avid fan of Public Radio, and can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please join us in welcoming Dominic to the ACPA team.
