Illinois DOT Inviting Contractors for an Industry Day Ahead of I-80 Reconstruction
The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is hosting a Construction Industry Forum on October 18 at 1:30 pm at the Holiday Inn & Suites of Joliet Southwest & Rock Run Convention Center. Prior to reconstruction of over 16 miles of I-80 in the Joliet area, IDOT is bringing together contractors to build new partnerships and learn about upcoming opportunities. Industry professionals are encouraged to attend this forum to learn about the construction schedule and upcoming lettings. There will also be a meet and greet with prime, DBE and small firm subcontractors. You can register for the Industry Forum here.
